Why are there two products here?
iCloser
Gives you identity, assets and authority — who you are, what you own, and what you are allowed to authorize.
KernelHub
Gives AI Employees the runtime, permissions and tools to act — inside the boundaries a human set.
iCloser and KernelHub are two halves of one system. A Principal (a person, identified by iCloser) authorizes work; an AI Employee (run by KernelHub) performs it. Nothing crosses that boundary without permission, and the result comes back verifiable.
Most AI Employee users
Install both where applicable: iCloser for identity and authority, KernelHub for the work itself.
Wallet-only users
iCloser alone is complete — self-custody wallet, DID and payments on their own.

Install the executor
KernelHub runs on the machine that holds your code. Install it there — not on a cloud server, not in a container. These numbers are read from the KernelHub release manifest; this page never keeps a second copy of them.
KernelHub install command
The same command is published on the KernelHub site and served from icloser.xyz/install. Copy it and run it in a terminal on the machine with your code.
macOS · Linux — installs to ~/.local/bin, no sudo
Windows — PowerShell 5.1 or later
Install it before the command above, then check that

The official iCloser apps. iOS ships through the App Store; macOS ships as the notarized universal DMG.
Mac installation guide
01 · Pick your chip
Check “About This Mac”. Apple M-series → the Apple Silicon card; Intel → the Intel card. Both download the same universal binary.
02 · Drag to Applications
Open the DMG and drag iCloser into your Applications folder.
03 · First launch
Signed and notarized by Apple. The first open still asks you to confirm it was downloaded from the internet — click Open once and it will not ask again. First launch can take up to 30 seconds while macOS verifies the app.
