Read guide →Is iCloser a custodial wallet?
No. In supported wallet functions, iCloser is presented as a self-custody, non-custodial wallet experience. Users retain control of their private keys and wallet assets in these functions.
Why can I receive USDT but not settle it on Polygon?
Receiving tokens and spending them are different actions. On Polygon, a small amount of POL is required as network gas. Without POL, transactions cannot proceed. Add POL to the same wallet on Polygon first.
What happens if I lose my Private Key?
In a self-custody wallet, the Private Key is the only way to restore access. If you lose it, wallet recovery may not be possible. Store it offline, never digitally.
What is the ENS resolution minimum shown in the app?
Where shown in the iCloser DID or ENS flow, the minimum described for ENS-related resolution guidance is 0.1 ETH. Follow the exact in-app requirement for your specific flow.
How do I complete DID registration?
Open the DID section, enter the name you want, check availability, and confirm the registration. Then bind the DID to your wallet in a separate step so the app can use it consistently.
