Withdraw & Cash Out
Two ways to move value out of iCloser: send crypto on-chain to an external self-custody wallet, or — where available — withdraw from your USD Virtual Account. Review fees, processing times, and eligibility before you confirm.
How withdrawals work
iCloser is a non-custodial technology platform; in self-custody wallet functions you control your keys and assets and iCloser does not custody your funds. Moving funds out generally takes one of two forms:
Send a token from your iCloser wallet to any external address you control or trust. This is a standard self-custody on-chain transaction.
Where your VA is approved and provisioned, request a USD settlement to an approved external recipient via ACH, wire, or SWIFT through the authorized financial partner.
Send crypto to an external wallet
To cash out crypto, send the token on-chain to an external wallet address. Always match the network and keep the native gas token available on that chain.
Choose the token you want to withdraw, such as USDT, POL, ETH, BNB, or USDC.
Make sure the destination wallet supports the exact network you are sending on. USDT on Polygon is not the same as USDT on Ethereum.
Paste the external address and compare the first and last characters. A wrong address cannot be reversed.
You need POL on Polygon, ETH on Ethereum, or BNB on BNB Chain to pay the network fee. Review the amount and gas, then confirm.
Withdraw from your USD Virtual Account
Where your USD Virtual Account is active, you can request a USD settlement to an approved external recipient. This is handled through the authorized financial partner and requires you to add a payee first.
Enter the recipient's legal name, country, institution name, account number, and the correct routing code (ACH, Fedwire, or SWIFT/BIC) and institution address.
Select the payee and amount, add a payment reference, and upload any required supporting document (an AML/compliance requirement of the partner).
The app shows the settlement fee and estimated arrival before you confirm. Confirm only after checking the details.
Fees, processing times, and eligibility
Exact fees and timing are shown on the in-app confirmation screen and depend on the method, network, and partner. The table below is a general guide.
| Method | Fee | Typical timing |
|---|---|---|
| Crypto on-chain | Network gas in the native token | Usually minutes, depending on network |
| VA — ACH | Partner fee shown in app | 1–3 business days |
| VA — Wire (Fedwire) | Partner fee shown in app | Same day (business hours) |
| VA — SWIFT | Partner fee shown in app | 2–5 business days |
Common questions
Why can I see USDT but not withdraw it?
On-chain withdrawals require the native gas token on the same network — POL for Polygon, ETH for Ethereum, BNB for BNB Chain. Without gas, the withdrawal cannot submit. Add gas and try again.
Can iCloser reverse a withdrawal?
On-chain crypto withdrawals are generally irreversible once confirmed. iCloser cannot reverse a transaction sent to the wrong address or network. Always verify before confirming.
Is VA withdrawal available to everyone?
No. VA withdrawal depends on having an approved USD Virtual Account, your jurisdiction, partner availability, and compliance review. If it is not shown, your account may not yet be eligible.
Why does a VA settlement need a supporting document?
The authorized financial partner requires a supporting document (such as an invoice or agreement) for outbound transfers as part of AML compliance.
How long does a withdrawal take?
Crypto withdrawals usually settle in minutes depending on the network. VA settlements range from same day (Fedwire) to several business days (SWIFT). Exact timing is shown in the app.
